The Software is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights in the Software, including all copies you make. This Agreement grants you only the rights expressly stated herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.
All No Internet Tools software products store user data exclusively on the local machine. The following data may leave your machine:
No invoice data, financial data, customer records, bank account information, subscriber lists, or any other user-generated content is ever transmitted. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Offline Check Printer generates MICR-encoded check PDFs for printing on compatible paper stock. The Developer makes no warranty that checks produced by the Software will be accepted by any bank, financial institution, or payment processor. You are solely responsible for:
The Developer is not liable for any financial loss, bank fees, returned checks, or legal consequences arising from the use of checks printed with this Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
