Where is my license key?
Your key is in the email Gumroad sent after your purchase, and is always available in your Gumroad account under your purchase history.
I activated but the app says "not licensed".
Make sure you're entering the key exactly as it appears β€” including dashes. If it still fails, check your internet connection during activation, then contact us.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your Gumroad order number. If the software doesn't work on your system, we'll refund you in full. See our Terms of Use.
Can I use one license on two computers?
Licenses cover a single installation. If you need multi-seat access, contact us and we can arrange a discounted additional license.
Where is my data stored?
All app data is stored locally in your Windows AppData folder. We have no access to it β€” see our Privacy Policy for exact folder paths.
